MALAYSIA:::Recycling company defaulted EPF payment between 2012 and 2014

Some of the 167 workers picketing to protest the failure of their employer to contribute to the Employees Provident Fund.
The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) said its investigation revealed that Recycle Energy Sdn Bhd had defaulted in its EPF contributions between 2012 and 2014.
EPF head of corporate affairs Nik Affendi Jaafar, in a statement, said two civil suits had also been filed against the employer and its company directors.
